Yuppers. You can upload multiple files at the same time. In the Flipbook Creator click on the "upload" button. You will get a file browse window showing you the files on your computer. Choose the file you want and click "ok." The file you chose will begin to upload. Keep repeating to upload as many files as you want.
You can also press control and click, to select multiple files to upload concurrently.

Hrmm … well, there could be a few things going on:
- The file could still be processing.
- The file could have bombed while processing.
- The file could have been removed by moderators.
Check out Manage Uploads in the Flipbook Creator to see the status of your uploads.

If you are having problems uploading audio files directly from iTunes, it's probably because iTunes converts songs into .mp4 format, which Flip doesn't accept--sorry! But we have a solution for you: Simply convert the music files into a Flip-accepted format (.acc, .mp3, .wav).
Here's how to convert-
1. Open iTunes
2. Click >Edit >Preferences >Advanced 3. Select the "Importing" tab within the "Advanced" tab window.
4. In the "Import Using" drop-down, change the encoding format to either .acc, .mp3, or .wav.
5. Click "OK" to save the settings.
6. Return to your iTunes library to convert: Right-click on the specific file (or shift-click to select multiple files) and select 'Convert Section to (MP3)' from the right-click menu.
7. A copy of the file (or files) will be created in the new format. If you are still having difficulty, please contact us at help@flip.com.

Well this might be one of two possibilities:
File Type: When selecting files to upload to Flip, you must change the file
type drop-down to 'Audio.' The default, for PC users, is always 'Images,' so
if this is not changed, you will not be able to view any of your audio file types,
even if they are really in that folder!File Format: Flip accepts only .acc, .mp3, or .wav audio formats, so if your
audio files are in another format (for example, iTunes files are usually in .mp4
format), you will not be able to see them. For help converting iTunes audio files\
to Flip-accepted formats, see the question, 'How do I put songs from iTunes
in my flipbook?' If you do not use iTunes, there are many other free audio file
converters online. Just search “audio file converter” and you’ll be hooked up!~ Flip Staff

Okay, okay, we know what’s going on: so songs that you purchased from the iTunes stores are encoded with FairPlay which is a digital rights management (DRM) technology that encrypts AAC audio files with built in restrictions. Some of these limits include stuff like not being able to play such files on unauthorized computers and/or devices (iPod vs. a generic MP3 player) , restricting the maximum amount of CD copies you can make (to 7) and, in our case, hampering uploading to flip.
However, with the release of iTunes 7.2 in May of 2007, Apple has allowed the purchase of DRM-free music (files without the encryption limitations) from participating labels. These new files are available (for $1.29 a song) through the iTunes Plus music section in the iTunes store. You will still have to convert these files to MP3s (or other flip acceptable formats) to add them to your flipbook (see question: How do I put songs from iTunes in my flipbook? ), but they are not protected files and should work right away.
In addition, it is—allegedly -- possible to circumvent this protected file holdup by simply burning the encrypted songs to an audio CD and then, in the iTunes player, converting them to an unprotected MP3 format.
Umm, wait WHAT?!? What exactly do I do now?
1. First, insert a blank CD (CD-R) into your computer
2. Then create a playlist with the songs you wish to add to your media bin (>File >New Playlist)
3. Right-click on the completed playlist (in the left column under “Playlists”) and select “Burn Playlist to Disc”
4. When finished burning to CD, select CD under “Devices”
5. Right-click on the specific file (or shift-click to select multiple files) and select 'Convert Section to (MP3)' from the right-click menu (see How do I put songs from iTunes in my flipbook? question for further instructions on how to convert audio files to flip accepted formats).
6. Drag converted songs back to iTunes Music library (you might want to rename them to differentiate from the original file)
7. Go to the flip creator http://www.flip.com/flipstudio/creator
8. Select “upload” and find your iTunes music file (probably under MyMusic)
9. Make sure to change file type to “Audio” in “File name” dropdown
10. Double click on songs you want to add to your media bin
11. Hot-dog; you’re done! (There really isn’t a step 11, hehe.)
