Reporting Problems (12 questions)-
If you come across any user abuse of the rules, or content that is either inappropriate or questionable, please let us know by clicking on the "report" link available on every page, or by Contacting Us.
When you submit your report, please include as much information as possible: member names, a link to the questionable content … believe us, it's so helpful, and don't worry, your identity will be kept anonymous.
We will then review against the Community Rules and the Flip Terms of Service.

If a member is violating the Flip Terms of Service, please report them by Contacting Us. If you feel you have been victimized online, please report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children: at CyberTipline.com or call 1-800-843-5678.

While we urge everyone in the Flip Community Rules to treat others with respect, some people just plain don't get it.
If the user is just being annoying, we suggest blocking them. This will prevent the member from sending you messages or commenting on your Flipbooks. The majority of the time, people get bored when they don't receive a reaction.
If a member is violating the Flip Terms of Service, please report them by Contacting Us or by clicking the "report" link at the bottom of their profile. Please provide detailed information about the situation so Flip staff can mediate.
If you feel you have been victimized online, please report it to the NCMEC at CyberTipline.com or call 1-800-843-5678.
Also, be sure to check out Flip's Internet Safety Page and Community Rules for advice on how to be both smart and safe online.

If you can't log in and it appears that your password has changed, gohere, which can be accessed wherever you sign in to Flip. Enter your member name and we'll send your new password in an e-mail to the address you registered. Log on to Flip and go to "change your password" in your Settings.
If none of this works, please Contact Us and detail your specific issue.

Spam, spam, spam is so annoying! Spam is the posting of advertisements and/or abusive or irrelevant messages that solicit products or activities independent of Flip. So basically, if someone sends you a message about buying self-application tanning lotion or whatever, this is not Flip, and you should report them because we don't like spammers annoying our Flip members.
Please report it by Contacting Us and detailing your specific problem.
