1. Why should I register for Flip?

   Registering for Flip is really easy and will take less than 60 seconds. By joining Flip you will be able to do a ton of stuff that nonmembers cannot, like: *Create a profile *Make a Flipbook *Start or join clubs *Leave comments *Make friends *Post on message boards And more!

   Basically, it's the key to a fun ride. Come on, take the wheel.

2. What are the rules for using Flip? Is it free!?!

   Flip is a completely free service (we're hooking you up!), but we ask you to comply with our Terms of Service and Community Rules. Infringements of either may result in discontinued service rights.

3. What do I need to do to register for this site?

   Well, first of all, you need to be 13 or over. If you're officially 13 or older, all that's left to provide is a valid e-mail address, your birthday, a unique user name, a password, and your country and postal code.

4. When I sign in to Flip, it tells me that my registration is incomplete.

   If you successfully registered, you should have received a Flip confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you used to register. Check your e-mail and click on the confirmation link provided in the body of the e-mail. You'll be directed back to Flip and then you should be set.

    

   If this all sounds bogus because you totally gave us a valid e-mail address and you haven't received anything from Flip, not even in your e-mail spam folder, log on to the site and go here: https://www.flip.com/registration/forgotuserid. Enter your email or member name, and we'll send you what you need.

    

   If you still experience a problem, please contact us, and we'll try to remedy it!

5. Will Flip use my personal info?

   Flip collects personal information with your specific knowledge and consent when you register for any portion of our services or enter a contest.

   The information collected for the specific service will only be used for the intended purpose. For example, if you enter a contest and win (awesome!), we will use the information to contact you about your prize collection. If you subscribe to any e-mail or text message services, we'll also use the information to communicate with you about new features, products, or offers. You can also choose to unsubscribe to these messages at any time.

   Flip does not sell user e-mail addresses; however, unless otherwise specified, we may share e-mail addresses and sell or share all other information with our affiliates and carefully selected companies who we think can offer services and products of interest to you. If you do not wish to share this information, please write us at privacy@condenet.com.

6. How do I edit my membership info?

   Easy as cake! Go to your Settings in My Flip, and edit away!

7. Can I have more than one account?

   If you have more than one e-mail address and/or personality, knock yourself out!

8. How does the "remember me" function work?

   Um, I forgot. Just kidding! The "remember me" function pre-populates the login page with your member name. You still have to remember your own password for security reasons, so choose wisely!

    

   If you saved your member name on a computer that you kinda wish you hadn't, you can clear your cookies to remove your saved information. Go to your browser's "tools," then select "options" and then clear those cookies away.
