1. How do I change my e-mail address?

   Change is good! To update your e-mail address, go to your Settings and update your basic information with your new e-mail address. Thanks for keeping your information up-to-date.

2. How do I change my password?

   To change your password, go to your Settings  and change that puppy to your heart's content. Passwords on Flip must be a minimum of six characters, maximum 80.
   
   

3. I've forgotten my member name and/or password.

   Did you lose your member name or your password? No problem. We can send you the information you need. Go to the Get Your Member Name/Password page, which can be accessed wherever you sign in to Flip.

    

   If you forgot your password, all you need is your member name. If you can't remember either your member name or password, enter the e-mail address that you registered with. We'll send an e-mail with the goods. If none of this works, please contact us so we can sort you out!

    

4. How do I delete my account?

   Aww, really? We don't want to beg, but we really like you and don't want you to leave! But if you are determined to delete your account, we understand. We just want to be sure you know what it means first.
    
   Deleting your account will mean that your flipbooks will disappear, along with all the media you uploaded to Flip. However, we will keep a copy of any flipbooks you made that were contest winners. Once you have deleted your account, there's no going back.
    
   If you are sure you want to delete your account, go to your Settings and select Delete Account. We'll take you through a few easy steps to verify the deletion. As always, please send us your feedback through the contact us form so we can work to make Flip a better site. We'll be sad to see you go!

5. Will Flip ever delete my account?

   Umm, yup. After nine months of inactivity, we delete accounts. Sorry! We will send you a few reminder e-mails before we do that. To keep your account going, all you need to do is come back to the site and log in.

   Also, if a member is banned from Flip, that person's account will be deleted.

6. What's going to happen to my profile, clubs, and messages?

   We’ve listened to all of your feedback and have reorganized the site in order to make it as simple as possible to create and share your flipbooks! Now when you come to Flip.com, you can focus all your energy on creating amazing flipbooks and sharing them! Additionally, we’ve created this smokin’ new Facebook application that not only allows you to make flipbooks directly on Facebook, but also lets your friends see your fabulous flipbooks on your Facebook profile! Also, we’ve snazzed up the embed code so you can play flipbooks on your MySpace profiles and other social networks and blogs. So don’t worry! We’ve kept all the best of Flip and made it even better!

8. Will there by a way to access my old private messages?

   Your private messages will unfortunately go away, so if there is anything important you wanna save (like a love message or a funny message chain), please copy it now (copy and paste the message into a word document), before it disappears in the black hole of deleted messages!
