The Flipbook Creator (8 questions)-
The Flipbook Creator is the application you can use to create a Flipbook. It has three major segments: the media bin, the workspace, and the toolbar.
-
The Media Bin is where you can access all your photos, audio, and video to add to your Flipbook.
The Media bin is divided into two tabs: My Media and Flip Library. My Media is where a user can access and organize the media you have uploaded. The Flip Library is your easy access to a collection of "stock" media to be incorporated into Flipbooks.
The Media Bin has two views: expanded and collapsed. My Media and the Flip Library are accessible from both the expanded and collapsed views.

Selection Tool: The hand icon is the selection tool and is used to select the object in the Flipbook you would like to edit.
Draw Tool: The draw tool is used to free sketch on the canvas. You can change the color by clicking on the color selector, to the right of the tool palette, and selecting from the colors provided, or by inserting a hexadecimal color value. You can also change the weight of the tool by editing from the weight drop down provided.
Text Box Tool: Select the text box tool to insert text. Click on the page canvas where you'd like to create an active text box. Double click on a text box to edit text. Using the interactive text elements, you should be able to edit the font family, size, color, formatting, alignment, and background. To add a hyperlink, highlight the text you would like to link, and select the link property in the text tool box (link icon) and enter the appropriate linking URL.
Scaling Handle: To change the sizing of the selected object, select the edge or midsection of a side until your cursor turns into a double-pointed arrow. Then drag the arrow in or out to expand or shrink the selected object.
Rotation Handle: To rotate a selected object, grab the rotation handle, which should resemble a curved double-pointed arrow to the right of the selected object. By dragging the rotation handle to the right or left, you should be able to rotate the object to your liking.
Object Property Toolbar: When selected, an object's property toolbar should appear below the object with six property icons whose functions are detailed below.
Border Property: To add a border to your object, select the first icon (from the left) in the object property toolbar, the "border property." To edit the border weight, simply scroll to the right to increase and to the left to decrease. To change the color, click on the color icon to the left of the width weight.
Opacity Property: The second icon, in the object property toolbar, is the opacity property. The clarity of the object can be edited by increasing or decreasing the opacity value controlled by the scrollable toolbar located below the opacity icon (when selected).
Layer Property: If you have multiple objects that you wish to layer, select "layer property," which is the third icon in the object property toolbar. To send the selected image to the front of all other layers, click the "front" button; to send images to the back, click "back."
Effects Property: The fourth property in the object toolbar is the effects property, which controls three effects: blur, glow and shadow. Selecting the "blur" button applies a blue blur to the object. Selecting the "glow" button applies a florescent glow to the object. Selecting the "shadow" button applies a drop shadow to the selected object.
Crop Property: To edit the size of an object, select "crop property," which is the fifth tool in the object property tool bar. Clicking the "crop property" button converts the inner bounding box into a cropping box. You can move and scale the cropping box and select "apply" to implement changes. To undo the crop function, you can select the "clear crop" button, which appears after a crop has been applied to the image object.
Erase Tool: The final tool in the object property toolbar is the eraser. Use this tool to erase portions of an image object. To undo what you've erased, select the "reset erase" button, which is only active after erase strokes have been applied to the object.

Quick Create allows you to make a flipbook in seconds. If you want to lay out your flipbook with one image per page, Quick Create is just for you.
Here is what you do: First create a subfolder in your media bin that includes everything you want in your flipbook. (You must have a subfolder created first or you will run into an error).
Here's how to create a folder:
-Open your media bin, maximizing it so it opens all the way
-Click on the "new"thumbnail at the bottom where you will proceed to create a
folder
-Add the assets you want to the new folder (i.e.images, audio, videos)
-Finally click on "Quick Create" and select your recently created folder.
Then, with Quick Create you can also select page temples that will be the background of each page of your flipbook (for example “vintage” or “mod” themes). After you have selected your folder and template(optional), select "finish" and Quick Create will automatically create a flipbook by placing one item per page. Pretty easy eh?
